A crash in Simi Valley Saturday morning reportedly caused serious injuries to two juveniles who had been riding an e-bike without helmets, authorities said. The collision, which involved a vehicle, was reported shortly after 9:30 a.m. near Walnut Street and Galveston Avenue. The crossing is in a residential neighborhood. Simi Valley Police Department officials said the two male youths had been riding south on Galveston and didn't stop for the stop sign at Walnut before heading into the intersection, where they were hit.
